Chicken 65

Preparation time:  20 mts                                              Non Veg  Cooking Time: 15 mts INGREDIENTS: Boneless chicken -500g (small pieces) Ginger garlic paste- 1 ½ tsp Coriander powder-1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder- 3 tsp Cumin powder-1/4 tsp Corn flour -1 tbsp Rice flour- 1 tsp Lemon juice- 1 tbsp Egg-1 Curry leaves Green chilly – 2 (slit)      Oil for frying PREPARATION:  Marinate the chicken pieces with all above the ingredients except oil for 2 hrs. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry all the chicken pieces till golden brown. Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
