Stuffed Buns

Stuffed Buns
Preparation time: 30 min                            NON VEGETARIAN

INGREDIENTS:
Small buns -1pack
cucumber -1&half (grated)
carrot        -1&half (grated)
cabbage  -3leaves (grated)
egg           -2nos
cheese       -2tbs
mayonnaise -1tbs
Pepper     -to taste
Salt           -to taste
ghee         for frying(Shallow fry)



PREPARATION
1.      In a bowl mix grated cucumber, carrot, cabbage,1egg (raw egg), cheese, mayonnaise and pepper powder.
2.      Make round opening at the back of each bun.
3.      Remove all the stuff inside the bun and make it hollow.
4.      Fill the bun with the vegetable mixture and seal the bottom of the bun with the bottom layer of the bun which was cut open.
5.      Take a bowl and mix well the second egg, pepper and salt.
6.      Dip each bun in this egg mix and fry in ghee.
Stuffed buns is ready.
