Choco Web Cake

Choco web cake
Preparation time:10 minutes Cook time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1tsp baking powder
2 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
½ cup milk
2 tsp. Vinegar / Lime juice
1 tsp. vanilla essence
For sugar syrup
½ cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. brandy
1cup meringue icing
1 ½ cup Choco ganache icing (spreadable consistency)

PREPARATION
1.      Sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and keep it aside.
2.      Whisk oil, fined sugar till smooth. Then add eggs beating well after each addition.
3.      Add flour mixture little by little. Add vinegar and mix well. Then add milk, vanilla essence and combine.
4.      Preheat oven at 140 degree and then bake it for 20 mts.. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.
5.      Cut the cake into two layers. Spray the sugar syrup in each layer. Spread meringue icing between the layers.
6.      Pour ganache icing on top.
7.      Make a spiral design by using meringue icing. Then run the knife from the middle of the cake to the outside of the cake in a straight line. Keep doing this in quarters of the cake and complete all quarters.

8.      Choco web cake is ready to serve.
