Butter Cake

Butter Cake
Preparation time:        15 minutes Cook time: Less than 45 minutes

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
Vanilla essence (optional)
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. fine sugar for dusting
PREPARATION
1.      Sift together flour, baking powder and keep it aside.
2.      Whisk butter, fined sugar till smooth. Then add eggs beating well after each addition.
3.      Add flour mixture little by little.  Then add vanilla essence and combine.
4.      Preheat oven at 120 OC and then bake it for 30 min.
5.      Remove from oven and cool to room temperature
6.      Dust with fine sugar on top of the cake and garnish it.
7.      Butter cake is ready to serve.
