Ingredients

2 cups/ 250 g All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 cup (or 70 g) Capsicum - chopped
1/2 cup (or 70 g) Onion - chopped
1/2 cup tomato  chopped
14 g Olives - stoned and sliced
150 g Mozzarella Cheese
 White pepper powder
1 tsp. Dry yeast
4 tbsp. Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tsp. Oregano
Salt to taste

Directions

Mix the flour, yeast, water, salt and olive oil in a large bowl and knead them into a dough. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and leave it for 60 minutes. During this time, the dough will rise.

Take another bowl and add the chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper and mix them.

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll them into a circle. Bake them in the oven separately only for 7 minutes.

Spread 2 tbsp. tomato ketchup on each of them. Top them with  half of the vegetables,shredded mozzarella and oregano. Bake it again till the cheese becomes light brown in colour. Repeat the same process for the other dough. Pizza is ready.


Suggestion:

I made a thick crust pizza. You can make a thin crust pizza too. Just adjust the bake time of the crust accordingly so that it doesn't harden up.
