Vanilla Cup Cake




INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter
3 eggs
Vanilla essence (optional)
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. fine sugar for dusting
PREPARATION
1.  Sift together flour, baking powder and keep it aside.
2.  Whisk butter, fined sugar till smooth. Then add eggs beating well after each addition.
3.   Add flour mixture little by little.  Then add vanilla essence and combine.
4.  Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, dividing evenly.
5.  Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius and then bake it for 15min.
6.  Remove from oven and cool to room temperature
7.  vanilla cup cake is ready. Decorate with butter cream icing.

Buttercream Icing:
Butter-70 gm
Icing sugar-140 gm
Milk -2 tsp
 Few drops of food colours
PREPARATION:

In a bowl beat butter until soft then add sugar, and milk till smooth and fluffy. Add food colour and mix well.
