Falooda



Ingredients:
1 cup of chilled milk
1 tbsp. Sabja seeds
1 tbsp. of Sugar
Vermicelli cooked with milk and 3 tbsp. of sugar
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp. fruits
2 tbsp. nuts
2 tbsp. of rose syrup

Method:
  • Soak the sabja seeds about an hour.
  • Pour half of the chilled milk, rose syrup, cooked vermicelli, sabja seeds and half of the fruits and nuts.
  • Repeat the process with the other half.
  • Top it with the ice cream and nuts.
  • Your Falooda is ready to be served.
