Mango ice cream





Ingredients:
Mango Pulp -3 cups
Milk-500 ml
Sugar-1 cup
Cornflour-2tbsp
Fresh cream-1/2 cup

Method:
  • Boil the milk and reduce it into three forth of its volume.
  • Mix cornflour with a quarter cup of milk and add this to the boiling milk.
  • Remove it from the fire and allow it to cool.
  • Beat fresh cream, mango pulp and powdered sugar in a bowl and add it to the milk. Whisk it well.
  • Keep it in the freezer for an hour and beat the mixture again. Repeat beating the mixture for about two times.
  • Pour the mixture into your mould and freeze it.
  • Your mango ice cream is ready to be served.
