Preparation time:  10 mts                                              SWEETS Cooking time: 1hr    INGREDIENTS: 3 cups sunflower oil. 2 cups gram flour 2 1/4 cup sugar 1  cup water for syrup. ¼ tsp baking soda 1 tbsp raw rice powder 1 tbsp candy 1 tbsp raisins 10 nos Cashew  3 nos Cloves  5 nos Cardamom 1 tbsp spoon ghee ½ tsp yellow colour(liquid) Fry raisins, cashew in ghee and keep aside. Grind cardamom, cloves and mix with sugar. Make thick syrup by adding 2¼ cup water to this sugar mixture and keep aside. Potato-Capsicum Masala

Potato Capsicum Masala Preparation time: 15 Minutes               TYPE : VEGETARIAN Cook time:  10 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 3tbs vegetable oil 1 big size potato cut into cubes and half cooked 1 capsicum cut into pieces 1 onion chopped ½ tsp shahi jeera(black cumin seeds) Turmeric powder 1tsp chicken masala powder ½ cup water 1tsp lime juice Salt to taste Coriander leaves for garnishing PREPARATION 1.        Heat oil in a deep bot tom pan on medium flame. Add shahi jeera and fry till spluttering stops. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, capsicum, half cooked potato, turmeric powder and salt. Saute well until potato is cooked. Add chicken masala powder and water .Sauté well, add lime juice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Butter Cake Preparation time:         15 minutes Cook time: Less than 45 minutes Ingredients 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup butter 3 eggs Vanilla essence (optional) 1 ½ tsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. fine sugar for dusting PREPARATION 1.       Sift together flour, baking powder and keep it aside. 2.       Whisk butter, fined sugar till smooth. Then add eggs beating well after each addition. 3.       Add flour mixture little by little.  Then add vanilla essence and combine. 4.       Preheat oven at 120 O C and then bake it for 30 min. 5.       Remove from oven and cool to room temperature 6.       Dust with fine sugar on top of the cake and garnish it. 7.       B...
