Pancake

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour 3 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder 1 pinch salt 1 Egg 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 cup milk Nutmeg(optional)   Preparation Sieve all the dry ingredients together. You may grate some nutmeg into it to remove the smell of the egg.  Beat the egg with salt using a grinder.  In a bowl, add the blended egg, milk and butter. Mix well.  Add the dry ingredients little by little while mixing.  Heat a pan. Pour the batter into the heated pan.  Once the bubbles are formed and popped, flip it.  Your pancake is ready to be served with maple syrup and butter. 

Falooda

Ingredients : 1 cup of chilled milk 1 tbsp. Sabja seeds 1 tbsp. of Sugar Vermicelli cooked with milk and 3 tbsp. of sugar 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream 2 tbsp. fruits 2 tbsp. nuts 2 tbsp. of rose syrup Method : Soak the sabja seeds about an hour. Pour half of the chilled milk, rose syrup, cooked vermicelli, sabja seeds and half of the fruits and nuts. Repeat the process with the other half. Top it with the ice cream and nuts. Your Falooda is ready to be served. 

Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients Instant coffee Milk Sugar Water Method In a bowl take the instant coffee, sugar and hot water into a bowl in 1:1:1 ratio depending on the number of servings. Whisk until it gets thick, creamy and lighter in colour. Add ice in a glass and pour the milk about ¾ its volume. Top it with the creamy coffee mixture. Your Dalgona Coffee is ready to be served.

Preparation time:20 Mts                                                     NON VEG                Cook time: 5 Mts INGREDIENTS: Potato-1(cooked and then mashed) White pepper powder-1/2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped-3 tbsp Bread slices-6 Egg-1(egg white only) Salt to taste Bread crumbs-5 tbsp Oil for deep fry PREPARATION: In a bowl, mix mashed potato with pepper powder, salt and chopped coriander leaves and keep it a side. Remove crust from bread slices. Place the slice on your palm and wet it with fresh water. Place one tbsp. of mashed potato mixture in the centre. Make a ball and place it a side. Mayonnaise

PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES                                                                                 NON VEG INGREDIENTS: ¼ tsp dry mustard powder (without husk)/ mustard paste salt to taste 1 egg (egg white and yolk) 1 tablespoon white vinegar 1 cup vegetable oil  PREPARATION: This is a simple recipe and no cooking involved. Potato-Capsicum Masala

Potato Capsicum Masala Preparation time: 15 Minutes               TYPE : VEGETARIAN Cook time:  10 MINUTES INGREDIENTS: 3tbs vegetable oil 1 big size potato cut into cubes and half cooked 1 capsicum cut into pieces 1 onion chopped ½ tsp shahi jeera(black cumin seeds) Turmeric powder 1tsp chicken masala powder ½ cup water 1tsp lime juice Salt to taste Coriander leaves for garnishing PREPARATION 1.        Heat oil in a deep bot tom pan on medium flame. Add shahi jeera and fry till spluttering stops. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, capsicum, half cooked potato, turmeric powder and salt. Saute well until potato is cooked. Add chicken masala powder and water .Sauté well, add lime juice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
