Preparation time:    10 min                                                               TYPE: veg Cook time: 10 min INGREDIENTS: Gram flour-1cup Rice flour -2 tbsp Water -1/4 cup Salt to taste Oil for deep frying Sugar-1cup Water for sugar syrup-1/4 cup Preparation: Mix gram flour and rice powder, add water and make dough. Make sugar syrup (thick consistency). Heat oil in a deep pan, press the dough through the seva mould and fry it in hot oil. Strain it and break into pieces when it’s cool. Pour the sugar syrup over the fried seva and toss well. Allow to cool.  Madura seva is ready.

French Fries Preparation time:20  mts                                                         TYPE veg Cook time: 10 mts INGREDIENTS: 1 big size Potato Salt to taste Oil for deep frying PREPARATION 1.     Peel the potatoes. Cut them into one cm thick slices and cut into finger sized pieces. Keep sufficient water for boiling in a large pan. Put the potato pieces in the water, add salt and boil till half done. Drain and cool the potatoes in the refrigerator. Transfer the potato pieces into a zip-lock bag and seal after removing any excess air. Keep them in freezer for 15 min. STUFFED MUSSELS INGREDIENTS Mussels – 10 in numbers For stuffing: Rice flour – 1 ½ cups Coconut grated - ½ cup Fennel seeds -1tsp Small onions (shallots) – 10 in numbers Salt to taste For the paste: chili powder - 1tbsp Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp Fennel Seeds- ½ tsp Salt to taste Oil for frying METHOD: For the stuffing: 1.      Wash the mussel shells well. Open the shells with a knife drain all the water.  2.      Clean the inside part to remove any dirt there. Take special attention so that no sand gets stuck inside.
