Vancho Cake

Ingredients for Vanilla Cake: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup of granulated sugar 1 cup butter 3 eggs Vanilla essence (optional) 1 tsp. baking powder Method: Sift together the flour, baking powder and keep it aside. Whisk butter and fined sugar till smooth. Then add eggs beating well after each addition. Add the flour mixture little by little. Then add vanilla essence and combine. Preheat oven at 180 O C and then bake it for 25 min. Remove it from the oven and cool it to room temperature. Dust it with fine sugar on top and garnish it. Vanilla cake is ready and cut into two layers.
