Most of your cake post oven temperatures is mentioned as 120deg. But traditionally it is 170--180 deg.a typo error? Which type oven your are using micro with convection or OTG type

Make sugar syrup (thick consistency). Heat oil in a deep pan, press the dough through the seva mould and fry it in hot oil. Strain it and break into pieces when it’s cool. Pour the sugar syrup over the fried seva and toss well. Allow to cool. Madura seva is ready.

DeleteIt's not a typo error. My oven is conventional (Brand-Daewoo). I am extremely sorry for not mentioning that.
