Pancake



Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

3 tbsp. powdered sugar

1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder

1 pinch salt

1 Egg

2 tbsp. melted butter

2 cup milk

Nutmeg(optional)

 

Preparation

  • Sieve all the dry ingredients together. You may grate some nutmeg into it to remove the smell of the egg. 
  • Beat the egg with salt using a grinder. 
  • In a bowl, add the blended egg, milk and butter. Mix well. 
  • Add the dry ingredients little by little while mixing. 
  • Heat a pan. Pour the batter into the heated pan. 
  • Once the bubbles are formed and popped, flip it. 
  • Your pancake is ready to be served with maple syrup and butter.
