Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun
Preparation time:        15 min                   VEGETARIAN
Cook time: Less than 10 min







INGREDIENTS:
½ cup milk powder
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. yogurt
1 tbsp. ghee
¼ tsp. baking soda
Yogurt
2 cups water
Oil
2 tsp. rose water
2 cups sugar


PREPARATION
1.      In a bowl add milk powder, flour, yogurt, ghee and baking soda to make dough.  
2.      Roll the dough into small balls. Keep aside.
3.      Boil water and add sugar to make sugar syrup. Then add rose water.

4.      Fry the small dough balls in oil until they turns golden brown. Remove them and place them in the sugar syrup. Your Gulab Jamun is ready to serve.
