Prawn Fried Rice
Preparation time:30 minutes NON VEGETARIAN
INGREDIENTS:
1 tsp. red chilly powder
¼tsp turmeric powder
5 cups cooked Basmati rice
2 cups
mixed vegetables chopped (carrot, beans, cabbage, onion, bell pepper)
1 tbsp. soya
sauce
2 tbsp.
ginger garlic paste
½ tsp.
white pepper powder
1 tbsp.
vinegar
8 tbsp. veg
oil
Salt to taste
Spring onion
for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Marinate the prawns with red chilli
powder turmeric powder and salt.
2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the
prawns. Remove from fire.
