Chicken Lollipop (Drums of Heaven)

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken
wings-12 pcs
Ginger
garlic paste-2tsp
Red chilli
paste- 1tbsp
Soya sauce-1tbsp
Cornflour-3tbsp
Egg-1(beaten)
Salt to
taste
Red food
colour (optional)
Oil for
deep fry
PREPARATION
Cut the chicken wings in half, along the movable bone
joint of the two part. Left part will have two parallel bones and the other
part will have a single bone. Remove the thin bone from one part of each wing. You
will get two lollipops from each wing. Now cut the ligaments from each lollipop.
Detach the ligament from one side of a bone, pull the flesh to one end of a
bone and form a lollipop shape. Then marinate these lollipops to the above
ingredients and refrigerate 4 hrs. Take it out and then deep fry on a low flame
till the lollipops are cooked. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
