INGREDIENTS:
Pita bread (small
pkt)
Boneless
chicken-400g
Yogurt 2tbsp
Vinegar-2tsp
Garlic paste-
1tsp
White pepper
powder-1/2tsp
All spice
powder-1tsp
Salt to
taste
For the
sauce:
Tahini : 1/2
cup
Crushed
garlic-1
Lime juice-
2tsp
Yogurt-4tbsp
White pepper
powder: 1/4 tsp.
Salt to
taste
Grind the above
ingredients and make sauce.
For the
stuffing:
Lettuce chopped-1cup
Tomato
chopped and then grilled- 1 cup
French fries
Veg pickle
PREPARATION
1.
Marinate
the chicken with yogurt, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt and
refrigerate for 6 to 8 hrs. Take it out and fry or grill. Shred the
chicken, mix with 2 tbs sauce and the above given items for stuffing.Split the pita bread and spread the sauce inside them.Now stuff them with the stuffing mix. Wrap the stuffed pita bread in sandwich paper and warm the Shawarma for 30 seconds in a microwave oven. Enjoy............
