Tuna Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
Tuna
meat-1kg
Turmeric
powder-1tsp.
Salt-1tbsp.
Water
Coconut oil - 4tbsp.
Mustard-1tsp.
Curry leaves-1
string chopped
Onion chopped-1big
Ginger chopped
-1tbs.
Green chilly -2 nos
Black pepper
powder-2 tsp.
Lemon juice-2tbsp.
Grated coconut-1
cup
Salt to
taste
PREPARATION
Place tuna
meat in a deep vessel and fill water so that the meat sinks well. Add salt, turmeric
powder and boil till the meat is cooked well. Drain the water and let the meat
cool. Remove the skin, thorns and the black portion of the meat. If the black
portion not removed it will spoil the taste of the white meat. Shred the meat
with your fingers and keep it a side. Take a thick bottom vessel,
heat oil and add mustard. When it crackles add chopped onion, chopped ginger,
green chilly and chopped curry leaves. Cook till the onion becomes transparent.
Add the grated coconut, tuna meat, salt, pepper powder and lime juice. Mix well
and transfer it to a serving dish.
