Shakshuka 2









Preparation time: approx.. 8 min                                            Non veg

Cook time: 5 min                    
Ingredients:
1 tbs. olive oil
4 eggs
2 medium sliced capsicum(red and green)
1 medium sliced onion
1 small tomato sliced
1 tsp. vinegar
½ tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste

Preparation:
1.     Heat a pan. Add olive oil then sauté onion, capsicum and tomato. Mix well.
2.     Add salt, white pepper and vinegar and sauté well.
3.     Make 4 indentations in the mixture and crack eggs gently into each indentation in the mixture.
4.     Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
5.     Then drag a spatula gently through the egg whites along with the sautéd mixture, being careful not to disturb the yolks.

6.     Serve hot. You may serve it with toasted bread.
