Fried Calamari Rings

Ingredients:


  • Calamari (squid) - 250 g (cleaned and cut into rings)
  • Cornflour-2 tsp
  • All-purpose flour-3 tsp
  • Rice powder-1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-a pinch
  • Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry

Preparation:



  1.       In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients with calamari except oil.
  2.       Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the calamari until light brown and crispy.
