Fried Calamari Rings

Ingredients:
- Calamari (squid) - 250 g (cleaned and cut into rings)
- Cornflour-2 tsp
- All-purpose flour-3 tsp
- Rice powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder-a pinch
- Pepper powder-1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients with calamari except oil.
- Heat oil in a deep pan, fry the calamari until light brown and crispy.
